Well using this technique you can decrease your file size as well as protect your file from Viruses. when you download files from internet these files are in compressed form . They give you file in compress form to save their file from viruses and reduce their file size. Compress your file and when you need it uncompressed it using 7zip or Winrar. It takes little bit time to compress and Un compress files. I told you two methods to compress files .

Method 1 ; (Without Software)

*Go to that file and right click On it.

*Then click on send to and then select Compressed (zipped) Folder and wait till it Completes process .
